New appliances
Here are the 2 new devices we have developed with the latest technologies and extensions.
We are always working on updating our devices and making them as extensive as possible to work optimally in different situations.

This way we as a manufacturer can meet the customer's requirements, especially on his size!

These TR1 and TR2 are now also fitted as standard with the remote shut off system required in some applications.

The installation will set itself after the set time, which can vary from 1 sec. to infinity, so that the customer can never forget to put the device back into service. Just think of jacuzzis and swimming pools in hotels and private homes or in companies where the production channels are not always under liquid.... applications enough, now you can!

There is also a large display in the TR2 that indicates power failures, power supply voltage, etc., so that we can always go back to the log if there is a problem.

Different transducers for different purposes

Transducers are an important link in all installations. They ensure that the ultrasonic waves can reach the treated places with the correct frequencies and frequency range.
These have to be developed and manufactured very carefully according to the customer.

Since we are a manufacturer, we can carefully customize our transducers according to the project to be carried out.
This can be done in all possible forms, strength and variety of frequencies.

Each application has its own operating frequency that we can set to build an effective installation.
And if we don't have it in our range, we'll just develop it! That's our strength.

Ultrasonic floater for open water

This Transducer is one we use for open storage of water, or even in existing swimming pools.
The float itself (here a plastic tube) can differ in size, shape and color, depending on where it is to be placed.
The transducer itself can of course, if possible, be mounted with a bracket that is then bolted to the side.
it is very important that the position of the transducer remains fixed and pointed in the correct direction.
With a float you have the advantage that it goes with the level of the water (of course be careful when there are sloping sides).
Of course, this shape can also differ depending on the application (This is just an example).

A Y-shape transducer.

A Y-shape transducer will be used when the transducer is to be in contact with the water.
A good example for this transducer is when Ultrasonic is to be injected into a tube.
Then this Y Transducer can be mounted between the tube to have 100% contact with the water.
This way we are sure that we have no loss of ultrasonic waves and ultrasonic power in the water installation.
Especially when a long distance has to be bridged.
The transducer can be in plastic form as well as in stainless steel.

Multiple Ultrasonic floating buoy

For open water collection we build a raft with 6 underwater transducers.
The big advantage is that we can point the transducers in the direction we want.
This example can also differ from what we build, because it can also be equipped with fenders to increase the carrying capacity.
Everything can then be custom made in any shape or form.

NDV Ultrasonic Power Box

Our NDV Ultrasonic Control Boxes, which contain our own developed printed circuit boards, are poured with resin. Humidity or other disturbing elements are liquidated with this in order to guarantee operational reliability.

The frequencies we release into the water have a wide range of frequencies themselves. For example, the frequency and the sequential height of the frequency are randomly determined by our own developed generator, which determines what it transmits at what time.

This prevents habituation of the biofilm, so that it cannot withstand the frequencies, which is of course very important for the operation of the installation and its result. We have control boxes with one or more channels to which we can connect the transducers, with or without a display.

The display ensures that you have a visual communication to read power failures when that happens, and how much that happened. You can therefore check via the display whether you have actually received electricity for which you have paid (important for boats).

Plate - pipes and box coolers

Our installation for box coolers is expanding with this 2 or 4 channel control box with display.
For boats or industry, we can use this control box for box coolers, heat exchangers (both plate and pipe coolers), etc.
This has an aggressive form of ultrasonic injection in pipes of large diameters, mainly intended for industry.
A completely different ultrasonic pattern and sequential distribution of the ultrasonic pattern, suitable for heavy work.
